• There is no kindergarten, community authorities are indifferent

  Only one community has submitted a request for capital renovation of the kindergarten within last three years with the RA Shirak Marzpetaran. While 100 out of 116 communities need kindergartens and there are only 48 kindergartens in the marz.

  On December 15, students of the high schools of Akhtala, Haghpat and Aqori of Lori marz discussed positive and negative sides of the inclusive education. They were justifying their pros and cons based on the law provisions, survey results and practical examples. • The fact of torture of Hovakimyan will be proved by the witnesses

  For proving the fact that Stepan Hovakimyan was subjected to torture, witnesses will be interrogated. After suspending the trials for this case for several times the RA Court of Criminal Appeals satisfied the lawyer’s motion to interrogate the witnesses during the next court trial, who prove that the fact of torture took place.
