  In 4/15 polling station of Arabkir community which is situated in the school named after Vardges Petrosyan, the queues of voters gathered outside the polling station. In that polling station 1967 voters were registered plus 6 by additional list.

  
  

• Electoral violations at 37/03 polling station of Goris

  The Chairman of the precinct electoral commission 37/03 of Goris Garik Mirzatunyan informed that three electoral violations were made at around 09:40 am. In two of these cases the voter entered the polling booth and wanted to help another voter without proper registration for permission for doing that.

  The central office of the PAP reported that in the election district N24 many violations took place: it is said in the report that “at the polling station 24/26 in Zolakar the camera was snatched and broken from the hands of PAP member, the proxies were beaten and taken out, the village mayor and his relatives accompany people into the polling station”.

  By 10:30 am more than a hundred people have voted in the 34/27 polling station of Shirak region, situated in the Zatik kindergarten of the district called Avtokayan.   Chairman of 9/34 polling station Manushak Voskanyan says that she has been in the polling station from 6:30am, opened the polling station at 8 am, and the first voter voted at 8:02am. “1960 voters will vote in the polling station.   Since 10 am gatherings of people is noticed in the Davitashen administrative district N 5-11 polling station. The matter is that the residents of the constituency were encouraged to vote by 11 am, so as to provide a certain number of votes in the polling station, the residents told aravot.am. One of young men snatched my mobile phone, while I was taking pictures of the gatherings, thus preventing me to fulfill my duties as journalist. The young man did not introduce himself, did not say if he is observer, proxy, or someone else, but he was in the polling station all the time.

  The reporter of www.hra.am reports from Kapan that the campaign materials- the pre-electoral billboards of Vahe Hakobyan, the majoritarian candidate of RPA and one billboard of Armenian Revolutionary Federation- have not been removed from the city.
