  Hovanes Ghukasyan, owner of the "Milano" store in the center of Yerevan (Abovyan Street 14), has been evicted in a barbaric manner, without legitimate court decision and compensation for damage. Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders (CEJO) employees accompanied by the police invaded the store, shoved expensive clothes into flour and sugar sacks and took away in unknown direction.

  The notary and the employee of the service of Obligatory Implementation of the Forensic Acts got into an argument with the owner of the shop 'Milano' Hovhannes Khoukasyan and the director of 'Auto FM' ltd.   The Ghukasyan family learned about the news of alienation a day before the eviction at midnight, when the CEJO (Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders) employees came and told them that the area had to be freed by 11 o'clock the next morning.   On March 10 the service of Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders sealed the door of "Milano" store ("Olymp" LTD) on Abovyan Street. Despite the fact that CEJO had given owners of "Olymp" LTD time till March 12 to leave the area, they could not wait any more; they came early in the morning and evicted them. The real owner of the area, Hovanes Ghukasyan, was in confusion and did not intervene in the eviction procedure.
