Today on November 8, the court of First Instance of the administrative districts Kentron and Nork Marash changed its decision on fund seizure of "Hraparak" daily with the decision of property seizure. The editorial of the newspaper is no longer surprised at the unprecedented decisions and their revisions.

On June 10, 2011 the Resolution CM/ResDH(2011)39 on execution of the June 17, 2008 judgment of the European Court of Human Rights on the case of "Meltex" LLC versus Republic of Armenia was released. The Resolution was adopted at the June 8, 2011 Meeting of the Ministers' Deputies by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

Discussions were carried out on Karen Andreasyan's offer to become a mediator between opposition and the authorities, on the protection of media outlets after decriminalization of articles on slander and insult and not impartial position of judicial system as well as on other issues that are currently ignored by mass media but are not less important in Andreasyan's opinion.
